If you are interested in personal coaching here are a few things to keep in mind:

Read up on it

Find your topic in our extensive FAQ and read about it. Pick a few other topics and read about those. Chances are your questions have already been answered. Even if they have not, if you educate yourself as much as possible you can ask better questions AND understand what the hell your expert is talking about. It STILL amazes me that folks do not put a search term like “infertility” into Google. At the very least use this amazing tool to educate yourself before talking to our folks. It is your nickel, but try to get the most out of it, ok?

Do your homework

Like I mentioned above, we love helping people but time is finite (particle physicists and quantum mechanics be damned). Before you PAY for personal coaching, you should consider doing the following:

  1. Eat a Paleo diet for at least 30 days with the additional caveats of the autoimmune protocol. Document all food, when eaten, approximate amounts and reactions if any.
  2. Sleep in a completely dark room for 30 days, 8-10 hrs per night. If I need to explain “completely dark room” to you I may send Keystone after you. Don’t make me do it.
  3. Take some kind of live culture pro-biotics for 30 days. Homemade sauerkraut is fantastic, but there are other options.
  4. Get Vitamin D levels checked. You want this to be between 60-80 ng/ml.
  5. Give some real thought to your exercise. Are you doing too much? Too little? Is it periodized? What is your PRIMARY focus or goal?
