you touched on your suggestion for daily Vitamin D supplementation, but I can't find it anywhere in my notes. What was the dose again? Thanks...

Hey Robb, great job at the cert. Very valuable info and extremely well presented. And per your advice, I started using had boiled eggs instead of raw in my smoothies!

Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to say thank you for your time on Saturday. I learned a lot.
Now I am changing my diet, it was what I needed to move forward.
Thank you

Robb,
I wanted to let you know three of us finally got the joke on the ride home. I'm ruined for life, because every time I see a big butt I think of that joke.
Thanks for all the info. I love the pod cast idea.

Robb.
Just wanted to say thank you for the great cert you put on for us.
I am now going to try to be 100% paleo and stop over training.
I feel I now have all the facts I need to stay healthy with my diet and crossfit.

P.S. you missed the tequlia shot shananigans at the hotel bar

Hey Robb. Thanks again for the great cert, all the abundant info, and resources you have offered to everyone. I agree with Anne, a second day or part 2 would be more than welcome. We'll all just have to wait for that book and scour Google Scholar for some good studies in the meantime.

Nope, you are on it. When you re-introduce food soups are a great idea. Cook the food well, puree it and chew it thoroughly to aid digestion.

Hi Robb,

Very random question...but I had a hard time finding an answer anywhere online.

Had an awful stomach virus/bacteria/etc this weekend and resorted to fasting through most of it. I know many suggest the BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple, toast) for GI issues...but that seems inflammatory and counter-productive.

Any suggestions beyond fasting+water to get through a GI "trauma" like this....

Hey Robb

I've got a client who now thinks that he has to eat for his blood type, and according to that, he is type A and must eat close to vegetarian... protein coming from the great legume/carb source of beans? Is there any backing to blood typing, or just a bunch of crap? I figure the latter.

Also, just got some fresh wild Antelope from Wyoming... looking forward to some kebobs with that :)

Hey Robb-
Thanks so much for the awesome seminar at Energy Lab. I wish that you could have gone on and done another day of info on Sunday! I informed my family (including my 16 yr old Type 1) that we will be devoting ourselves to learning and implementing the principles you taught us. Of course there was tons of eye rolling and complaining about what was going to be eliminated. But I told him, Pay now, or pay later by losing a body function of organ! Harsh, but true as my Type 1 Bro is 40ish and blind in one eye with advanced kidney disease!

The best part was that your presentation was not a stuffy, nerdy science class, but a practical application session to equip us to go out and help ourselves and other people to look better, feel better and perform better! I can't wait to bring this to our box and teach the athletes there! I definitely would sign up for Part 2!
